Some great amenities are close to Santa Barbara. Coles is the leading tenant at the entrance to Hope Island, and there is a marina there, along with Doctors, Cafes, Restaurants, and service industries.

Santa Barbara also benefits from Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove Security which patrol the area.

Coles shopping centre is a great place with a local butcher also there.
Also close is the Sanctuary Cove Country Club which has a fantastic Gym and Pool for keeping fit.
